Waste Accreditation
Schools that adopt sustainable waste management strategies and behaviours and reduce waste going to landfill, can be accredited for waste and recycling with the Actsmart Schools program. Accreditation is a reward and recognition for their efforts and improvements.
Accredited schools are proven to send 20% less waste (per student) to landfill than schools who have not achieved accreditation.
