Water Accreditation

Schools that reduce water consumption can gain Actsmart Schools accreditation for the sustainable management of water.

Here are some tips on how to achieve water accreditations

• implement a student leadership team who raise awareness on multiple platforms
• seek advice from an Actsmart schools officer
• gain staff participation in water reduction activities
• integrate activities that address water conservation into the curriculum
• encourage non-teaching staff to engage in water conservation
